The 1995 Act

8 In section 108 (Lord Advocate’s right of appeal against disposal)—

(a) in subsection (1), paragraphs (d) and (e) are repealed, and

(b) in subsection (2)(b)(iii), for “(d) to (e)” substitute “(dd)”.
