50SIn the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, the following provisions are repealed—
(a)section 120 (community reparation orders), and
(b)in schedule 4 (minor and consequential amendments), in paragraph 5, sub-paragraphs (3), (5), (6) and (11).
