The Proceeds of Crime (Scotland) Act 1995 is amended as follows.

In section 25(9) (recall or variation of suspended forfeiture order), the words “probation order or” are repealed.

In section 26(9) (property wrongly forfeited: return or compensation), the words “probation order or” are repealed.
