34In section 24 of the Local Government and Planning (Scotland) Act 1982 (councils’ functions in relation to the provision of gardening assistance for the disabled and the elderly), in subsection (3), for the words from “instruction” to “that Act” substitute “determination that may be made or instruction that may be given, for the purposes of an unpaid work or other activity requirement imposed in a community payback order under section 227A of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 (c.46), by the responsible officer in relation to the order,”.
