The F1Commissioner may obtain advice, assistance or any other service from any person who, in the opinion of the F2Commissioner, is qualified to give it.

The F3Commissioner may pay to that person such fees and allowances as F4the Commissioner determines.

Any payment under subsection (2) is subject to the approval of the Parliamentary corporation.
