6(1)Despite section 2 and the repeal of section 18 of the Parliamentary Standards Act (annual report), the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner remains under obligation on and after the coming into force of this schedule to lay the annual report for the year 2010 required by section 18 of that Act.S
(2)For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1), section 18 of that Act has effect in relation to the period beginning on 1 January 2011 and ending with 31 March 2011 as if it were part of the year 2010.
