4SAn appointment of an assessor by the Commissioner for Public Appointments in Scotland under paragraph 9 of schedule 1 to the Public Appointments Act that is current immediately before this schedule comes into force is to be regarded as having been made under section 18 of this Act by the Commission for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland on the same terms and conditions and with the approval referred to in subsection (3) of that section.
