Rule 32 Power to appoint clerk, agents or employees etc. D S

32 (1) The tribunal may appoint a clerk (and such other agents, employees or other persons as it thinks fit) to assist it in conducting the arbitration. S

(2) But the parties' consent is required for any appointment in respect of which significant expenses are likely to arise.
