Rule 11 Removal of arbitrator by parties DS
11(1)An arbitrator may be removed—S
(a)by the parties acting jointly, or
(b)by any third party to whom the parties give power to remove an arbitrator.
(2)A removal is effected by notifying the arbitrator.
