Rule 11 Removal of arbitrator by parties D S

11 (1) An arbitrator may be removed— S

(a) by the parties acting jointly, or

(b) by any third party to whom the parties give power to remove an arbitrator.

(2) A removal is effected by notifying the arbitrator.
