Rule 4 Eligibility to act as arbitrator M S

4 S An individual is ineligible to act as an arbitrator if the individual is—

(a) aged under 16, or

(b) an incapable adult (within the meaning of section 1(6) of the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 (asp 4)).
