Part 3 S General duties

Rule 27 Tribunal deliberations D S

27 (1) The tribunal's deliberations may be undertaken in private and accordingly need not be disclosed to the parties. S

(2) But, where an arbitrator fails to participate in any of the tribunal's deliberations, the tribunal must disclose that fact (and the extent of the failure) to the parties.
