2An arbitration agreement need not appoint (or provide for appointment of) the tribunal, but if it does so provide it may—
(a)specify who is to form the tribunal,
(b)require the parties to appoint the tribunal,
(c)permit another person to appoint the tribunal, or
(d)provide for the tribunal to be appointed in any other way.
