2Rule 2 Appointment of tribunal D
An arbitration agreement need not appoint (or provide for appointment of) the tribunal, but if it does so provide it may—
a
specify who is to form the tribunal,
b
require the parties to appoint the tribunal,
c
permit another person to appoint the tribunal, or
d
provide for the tribunal to be appointed in any other way.
