SCHEDULE 1 S Relevant sexual offences

Part 2 S Offences replaced by an offence in Part 1 or this Part

15 S The following common law offences against a person under the age of 16 years—

(a) rape,

(b) clandestine injury to women,

(c) sexual assault,

(d) lewd, indecent or libidinous practice or behaviour,

(e) sodomy.
