4 S In section 32 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 (contributions to drainage works and flood prevention operations), for “flood prevention operations under the Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961” substitute “ flood protection work under section 56 of the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 (asp 6) ”.
