The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make further provision about the procedure to be followed in connection with flood protection schemes.

Regulations may, in particular, make provision about—
a
the form and manner in which objections are to be made, including specifying circumstances in which objections are to be considered withdrawn,
b
the procedure to be followed at a hearing held under paragraph 8,
c
the form of any notice given under this schedule and the manner in which it is to be given.
