(1)The persons mentioned in subsection (2) must, in exercising functions conferred on them by virtue of this Act, take into account the need to do so in a way that contributes to the achievement of sustainable development[F1, including the achievement of the United Nations sustainable development goals].
(2)Those persons are—
(a)the Scottish Ministers;
(b)the advisory body.
