Judicial Complaints Reviewer
32Guidance
(1)
The Judicial Complaints Reviewer must comply with any guidance that the Scottish Ministers issue about the carrying out of the Reviewer's functions.
(2)
Before issuing any such guidance, the Scottish Ministers must consult the Lord President.
(3)
The Scottish Ministers must publish any guidance issued under subsection (1).
