Quarantine and detention: steps that may be taken S

46 Authorised steps S

(1) Where—

(a) a quarantine order;

(b) a short term detention order; or

(c) an exceptional detention order,

is made, the steps which the order may authorise are the steps mentioned in subsection (2).

(2) Those steps are—

(a) disinfection;

(b) disinfestation; and

(c) decontamination.
