123Meaning of “premises”

In this Act—

“premises” includes—

(a)

any land or building; or

(b)

any other place, including—

  1. (zi)

    F1a tent or other moveable structure,

  2. (i)

    a mobile home; F2...

  3. (ii)

    a vehicle F3, and

  4. (iii)

    an offshore installation (within the meaning given by regulation 3 of the Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (Management and Administration) Regulations 1995 (S.I. 1995/738)).

“mobile home” F4includes a caravan F5or houseboat used as a dwelling; and

“vehicle” includes any vessel, aircraft or hovercraft.
