123Meaning of “premises”S

In this Act—
“premises” includes—
(a)any land or building; or
(b)any other place, including—
(i)a mobile home; and
(ii)a vehicle;
“mobile home” means a caravan, houseboat or other moveable structure used as a dwelling; and
“vehicle” includes any vessel, aircraft or hovercraft.
