123Meaning of “premises”S

In this Act—

  • “premises” includes—

    (a)

    any land or building; or

    (b)

    any other place, including—

    (i)

    a mobile home; and

    (ii)

    a vehicle;

  • “mobile home” means a caravan, houseboat or other moveable structure used as a dwelling; and

  • “vehicle” includes any vessel, aircraft or hovercraft.
