In the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937, in section 35(3) (evidence of byelaws)—

(a)

for the words “Public Health (Scotland) Act 1897” substitute “ Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973 (c. 65) ”; and

(b)

for the words “section one hundred and eighty-seven” substitute “ section 204 ”.
