The Public Works Loans Act 1887 (c. 37)

1 In the Public Works Loans Act 1887, in section 4(2) (meaning of “rating authority”), for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) any council constituted under section 2 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 (c. 39);”.
