3 S In section 1(6) of the Scottish Land Court Act 1993 (jurisdiction of the Court), for the words “the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 11)” there is substituted “ or by virtue of an Act of the Scottish Parliament ”.
