3SIn section 27 (supervision and care of persons put on probation or released from prisons etc.) of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968—
(a)in paragraph (b) of subsection (1)—
(i)the word “and” immediately following sub-paragraph (vi) is repealed,
(ii)after sub-paragraph (vii) there is inserted—
“(viii)persons in their area who are subject to work orders under section 303ZA(6) of the said Act of 1995;”,
