For the purposes of this Part—

• “approved regulator”

• “licensed legal services provider” (or “licensed provider”),

• “professional principles”,

• “regulatory objectives”

• “regulatory scheme”

are to be construed in accordance with Part 2 of the Legal Services (Scotland) Act 2010.
