It must also send the Commission any material accompanying the complaint. This will allow the Commission to act as a single gateway for all complaints, while not inconveniencing complainants who may have complained directly to the relevant professional bodies in error, and will also allow the Commission to monitor all complaints for the purposes of making reports under section 36.
