<Text><CitationSubRef id="c00103" URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2007/5/section/26" CitationRef="c00001" SectionRef="section-26">Section 26</CitationSubRef> provides a power for Scottish Ministers to completely abolish the office of the Scottish legal services ombudsman by order once the Ombudsman has no exercisable functions left.  By virtue of section 26(3), the exercisable functions of the Ombudsman are limited to those regarding reserved advice, services and activities. The abolition will proceed once appropriate Westminster legislation has secured competence for the Commission to deal with service complaints relating to reserved services as set out in section 77.</Text>
