3In subsection (5)(a) of section 2 of the Foster Children (Scotland) Act 1984 (exceptions to section 1), for “section 1 of the Adoption (Scotland) Act 1978” substitute “section 119(1) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 4)”.
