10SIn section 1 of the Adoption (Intercountry Aspects) Act 1999 (regulations giving effect to the Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in respect of Intercountry Adoption), after subsection (6) add—
“(7)References in this section to enactments include references to Acts of the Scottish Parliament.”.
