102Effect of subsequent adoption order on permanence order
(1)
Subsection (2) applies where—
(a)
a permanence order is in force in respect of a child, and
(b)
an adoption order is made in respect of the child.
(2)
The permanence order ceases to have effect on the making of the adoption order.
