Directions
I150Implementation of plans: directions
1
The Scottish Ministers may give directions of a general or specific nature to a local authority as to the implementation of adoption support plans.

A direction under subsection (1) may not require an authority—
a
to provide or, as the case may be, continue to provide, or
b
withhold provision of,
a particular adoption support service.
3
The Scottish Ministers may vary or revoke any direction under subsection (1).
