23Accountant in Bankruptcy's power to investigate trustees under protected trust deedsS

(1)In Schedule 5 to the 1985 Act (voluntary trust deeds for creditors), after paragraph 1, insert—
“Accountant in Bankruptcy's power to carry out audit1AThe Accountant in Bankruptcy may, at any time, audit the trustee's accounts and fix his remuneration.”.
(2)In section 1A(1)(a) of that Act (supervision of persons by the Accountant in Bankruptcy), after sub-paragraph (ii), insert—
“(iia)trustees under protected trust deeds;”.
