23Accountant in Bankruptcy's power to investigate trustees under protected trust deeds

In Schedule 5 to the 1985 Act (voluntary trust deeds for creditors), after paragraph 1, insert—
1AAccountant in Bankruptcy's power to carry out audit
The Accountant in Bankruptcy may, at any time, audit the trustee's accounts and fix his remuneration.

In section 1A(1)(a) of that Act (supervision of persons by the Accountant in Bankruptcy), after sub-paragraph (ii), insert—

trustees under protected trust deeds;
