Schedule 8 to the Local Government Finance Act 1992 is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2(3) (diligences which can be used to recover council tax etc.), after paragraph (a) insert—

In paragraph 4(1) (sheriff officer's fees and outlays), after “attachment)” insert “ and section 196(1) of the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 3) (expenses of money attachment) ”.
