SCHEDULE 1 S Minor and consequential amendments of the 1985 Act

54 S In section 60B(2) (trustee to give notice or provide copies of documents to member State liquidator)—

(a) for “or a permanent” substitute “ trustee or a ”; and

(b) for “court”, where it second occurs, substitute “ sheriff ”.
