In section 21B (report where no statutory meeting called)—
a
in subsection (1)(a), for “sheriff” substitute “Accountant in Bankruptcy”; and
b
after subsection (1), insert—

This section does not apply in any case where the Accountant in Bankruptcy is the trustee.
