F1 Sch. 6 substituted (28.3.2011) by Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 13), ss. 19, 206(1); S.S.I. 2011/178, art. 2, Sch.

3 SSection 9 (persons liable to removal from the United Kingdom) has effect as if—

(a) subsection (1) were repealed, and

(b) in subsection (3), after “section”, where it first occurs, there were inserted “ and sections 9A and 9B ” . ]
