Works

1Power to construct works

The authorised undertaker may construct the authorised works, namely—

(a)

the scheduled works referred to in section 2 (“the scheduled works”);

(b)

the ancillary works referred to in section 3 (“the ancillary works”); and

(c)

any work authorised by section 11, 15 or 16.
