Removal from scheme S

59 Withdrawal from scheme S

Ministers must remove a scheme member from the Scheme in relation to a type of regulated [F1 role] if—

(a) the scheme member applies to be so removed, and

(b) they are satisfied that the scheme member is not [F2 carrying out that type of regulated role].
