The Scheme S

[F1 45G Penalties for offences relating to regulated roles by individuals not in Scheme S

A person who commits an offence under section 45C, 45D, 45E or 45F is liable—

(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or both),

(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or a fine (or both).]
