37 [F2 Penalties for offences relating to regulated roles] S

A person guilty of an offence under section 34, 35 or 36 is liable—

(a) on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum, or to both,

(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to a fine, or to both.
