Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 10)

46 The following provisions of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006 are repealed—

(a) section 3(2)(d),

(b) section 3(8), and

(c) paragraph 14(2) of schedule 1.
