4 Meaning of parasite in Part 1 S

(1) In this Part, “parasite” means any of the following—

(a) Caligus elongatus,

(b) Lepeophtheirus salmonis.

(2) The Scottish Ministers may by order modify the meaning of parasite in subsection (1).
