After section 5D of the 1937 Act (as inserted by section 16 above), insert—
5E(1)The Scottish Ministers may take such other measures as they consider appropriate for the purpose of eradicating or preventing or limiting the spread of the parasite Gyrodactylus salaris in—
(a)inland waters in Scotland;
(b)marine waters adjacent to Scotland.
(2)In subsection (1), “inland waters” and “marine waters adjacent to Scotland” have the same meanings as in section 2ZB(6).”.
