Entry and inspection in connection with Community obligationsS
1(1)An inspector may enter and inspect any premises for the purpose of ascertaining compliance with any regulations made under Part 2 which implement a Community obligation.S
(2)Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to domestic premises.
