Support staff members

(1)
The Authority may appoint support staff members of the Agency.
(2)
A person may be appointed under sub-paragraph (1) only if the person is by virtue of paragraph 10(1) of schedule 1 an employee of the Authority.
(3)
A person appointed under sub-paragraph (1) does not, by virtue of that appointment, cease to be a member of staff of the Authority.
