In section 311(1), for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

if the house is in a housing renewal area (within the meaning of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 1)), the date on which the order designating it was made under section 1 of that Act of 2006 and the authority which made it;”.
